Refund requests made after the 30-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. While we understand that circumstances can vary, refunds beyond 30 days are not guaranteed. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If your refund has not arrived by the 10th business day after receiving confirmation from us that the refund will be processed, you can contact us by email at [email protected].

We can provide an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) to help you track the refund with your bank.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

GIFTS

If the item was sent as a gift, the refund will be returned to the gift giver or the person who purchased the products. If you would like the refund to be given to the gift receiver, you will need to handle this on your own, as we can only provide refunds to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:

Due to the nature of downloadable content, once a course has been downloaded, refunds will only be considered if the request is made within the 30-day period and the course content has not been significantly changed or damaged.
